ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.09.2025, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 24.09.2025 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
