ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2018 and to pay insurance amount to the petitioner under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yogna assuring farmers to compensate the crop loss to the farmers of during its failure for the year 2016-2017.

2.The insurance amount for the petitioner's crop has already been granted and deposited to the Escrow account maintained by the first respondent/the District Collector. Therefore, the petitioner or his legal heir is at liberty to make a petition before the first respondent to receive the claim. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to disburse the insurance amount within a period of four weeks thereafter.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
