Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.08.2018 for settlement of retirement benefits viz., Earned Leave, Unearned Leave, Pongal Ex-gratia including Contributory Pension Scheme benefits in the post of Accountant / Assistant in the office of 4th respondent from the date of retirement on Voluntary Retirement Scheme from 31.07.2018 by settling the audit paras not connected to the petitioner, along with interest for the delay in payment, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
