This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to for a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.187 of 2018 on the file of the respondent herein against the accused persons.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,17.12.2018), the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation is going on and that the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from today.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
