ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.06 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner induced the de-facto complainant for getting a job in Court and received an amount of Rs.35,000/- and thereafter, had issued a forged appointment order and thereby, cheated the de-facto complainant. Hence, the case.

3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is an nnocent and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prayed the petitioner to be released on bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.8523 of 2023 4.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that it is a case of job racketing. The petitioner induced the de-facto complainant for getting a job in Court and received an amount of Rs.35,000/- and cheated the de-facto complainant by issuing a fabricated appointment letter. It is further stated that the petitioner totally received a sum of Rs.1,83,400/- from the de-facto complainant and others for getting job and cheated them and the investigation is pending and prayed the petition to be dismissed.

5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and also considering the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 04/05/2023 / TRUE COPY / /05/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
