Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. All that the writ petitioner wants is disposal of his second appeal.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu State Information Commission informed the Court that the final order was passed on 07.02.2019 itself. A copy of the same has also been made available. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
