W.P.(MD) No.12822 of 2020 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties fairly submitted that the University has granted permission for the petitioner to take up the arrear examination. 3.As and when notification is issued, the petitioner is expected to fulfil the formalities of payment of fees to take up the arrear examination and other requirements so that he will be able to write the examinations. Recording the submission of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
