Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to order for police protection to the petitioner against the 4th respondent for carrying out the cultivating workings in the land bearing Survey No.365/6 comprising 2 Acres and 33 cents of Poomalaigundu Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District to protect the legal interest of the petitioner and all other co-sharers as per the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.59/2012 by the learned District Munsif of Theni, Theni.
