Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has to produce the petition mentioned vehicle before the second respondent. The petitioner states that the vehicle is presently in Vellore and that he is having some difficulty in bringing the vehicle due to the current pandemic times.

3.I am of the view that the said request deserves to be considered. The second respondent is therefore directed to favourably consider the petitioner's representation and grant sufficient time to the petitioner to produce the vehicle in question.
