The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on the written instructions given by the Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi District, made a submission that the pay of the writ petitioner was revised to Rs.54100/- vide proceedings dated 08.04.2019 and the revised pension proposal was sent to the Accountant General, Chennai, to settle his pensionary benefits based on his pay last drawn of Rs.54100/-. Accordingly, the Accountant General had revised petitioner's pensionary benefits based on his pay last drawn of Rs.54100/- vide proceedings dated 08.05.2019 and consequently, the difference amount in Death-cumRetirement Gratuity and other admissible allowances under the terminal leave salary was drawn and paid to the petitioner vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.7889 of 2019 proceedings dated 18.06.2018. Thus, the request of the petitioner has been fulfilled by settling all his pensionary benefits based on his pay last drawn of Rs.54100/-.

2. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in this matter and the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
