(MD) No. 9187 of 2021 vide order dated. 12.07.2021 in connection with the case in Crime No. 451 of 2021 registered by the Inspector of Police, VK Puram Police Station, Tirunelveli District.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and MR.C.SARAVANA KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent Nos.2 & 3, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court in favour of the respondents 2 and 3 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9187 of 2021, dated 12.07.2021, in Crime No.451 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The petitioner has filed the present petition on the ground that the respondents 2 and 3 had already involved in another case and by suppressing the same, the respondents 2 and 3 have obtained an order of anticipatory bail before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 have duly complied with all the conditions https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.7757 of 2021 imposed by this Court. Now the respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.586 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram and its pending for trial. Therefore, this Court finds no merits to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3.
4.In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
