Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in No.P22/2/12218941 / ADK/363 dated 13.03.2018 on the file of the respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondents to re-fix the pension of the petitioner by way of granting Special Grade in the post of Primary School Headmaster with effect from 19.12.1989 along with arrears by way of extending the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.207 School Education Department dated 30.09.2008 with all consequential benefits within the time period stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of best efforts, they were not able to get instructions from the petitioner. The earlier order passed by this Court on 19.02.2025 also shows that the learned counsel has reported that the petitioner has died.

2. Considering the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
