O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.80 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent to some other independent investigating agency. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the second respondent police conducted investigation and filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court. Hence, no further order is necessary in this petition. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
