This petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint of the fourth respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry has been undertaken in Anti Land Grabbing Cell in C.No.:N1/12284/225/2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that both the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein are closely related and the complaint given by the third respondent has been processed and the case has been registered agains tth epetitioner in Crime No.90 of 2021. On that basis, complaint given before the Anti Land Grabbing Cell has been closed on 23.07.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10159 of 2021 3.Since case has been registered against the petitioner by Aravayal Police Station in Crime No. 90 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 472, 506(i), 120(B) IPC on 26.07.2021, he has to work out his remedy through the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. So the question of harassment will not arise.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of.
