RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.MP(MD) No. 9428/2018 in Crl.OP(MD)NO.17671/2018 dated 16.11.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9428 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17671 of 2018 on 16.11.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9428 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17671 of 2018 on 16.11.2018 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
