ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner states that during UDR, mistake had occurred regarding mutation of the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned survey number. If that be so, the fourth respondent is the authority competent to make change. The petitioner is given liberty to move the fourth respondent. On receipt of the application, the fourth respondent shall pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law after notice to all the interested parties within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
