PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue separate patta for the land in S.No.774 land measuring 45 cents and joint patta for 258 cents, S.No.772 land measuring 18 cents and in S.No.800/2 land measuring 501⁄2 cents based on the representations dated 23.12.2019 and 26.12.2019. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue separate patta for the property in S.Nos.774, 772 and 800/2, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 23.12.2019 and 26.12.2019.

2.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, though he made representations dated 23.12.2019 and 26.12.2019 before the respondents 2 and 3 with the relief sought for in the prayer, so far no action has been taken. W.P.(MD)No.13065 of 2020 4.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that by rejecting the claim of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent had passed final orders stating that the petitioner has not produced any relevant documents to establish his right over the property in S.No.774. In this regard, he has produced a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2444/A8 dated 29.09.2020 5.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested this Court liberty may be given to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondents to seek his remedy along with necessary documents. 6.In the light of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation, before the authorities concerned to seek his remedy along with necessary documents, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
