ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Rajapalayam to dispose the suit in O.S.No.220 of 2022 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioners are the plaintiffs and the respondents are the defendants in the suit. The petitioners/plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S.No.220 of 2022, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Rajapalayam for declaration. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the suit filed by the petitioner for declaration is pending for the past three years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4. Considering the limited request of the petitioners, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.220 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
