ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the proceedings of the third respondent dated 29.03.2019 and consequently directing the third respondent to permit the petitioner to continue the supply of the diet articles as per the contract dated 19.09.2018 with the third respondent herein by way of implementing the order passed by the first respondent dated 26.03.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
