ORDER
The petitioner challenges the impugned Form III notice on the grounds set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. 2.We are unable to consider the same for the simple reason that encroachments in question had already been removed on 24.04.2025. The learned Special Government Pleader states that fencing had already been put up. In fact, the encroachments appear to have been removed in the presence of the petitioner himself. That apart, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions asserts that the petitioner's patta land comprised in S.No.1035/4 has not at all been touched. 2/4
3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
