ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the 2nd respondent to grant permission and to provide police protection to the petitioner for conducting the "Mega State Level Flood Lights Kabadi Tournament" on 28.08.2021 and 29.08.2021 at 6.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. at Manthai Vilaiyatti Thidal, Kannanoor Village, Usilampatty Taluk, Madurai District based on his representation dated 20.07.2021.

2.The prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the Government Order passed by the Government to contain the Covid - 19 Pandemic situation. 3.The petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation after easing of the situation.
