This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2025 and issue Non Traceable Certificate (Certificate of Enrolment No. Ms. 2845/2008 of Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry). 2.According to the petitioner, he has misplaced his Enrolment Certificate while taking photocopy at Tiruchendur Bus Stand. Though he searched it in all the known places, he could not find the same. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 01.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and if the petitioner appears for enquiry, they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.In view of the above, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent on 05.05.2025 and produce all the relevant documents, thereafter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and act in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order. 5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
