[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the first respondent to construct a permanent bus stand in Survey No.609/4, which is a Government Poramboke.

2. Regarding construction of bus stand, policy decision is to be taken and Court cannot issue any direction. That being so, no adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
