ORDER
The petitioner complains of the failure of the respondents to carry out a survey on her property situated at Survey Nos.319/10, 369/4 and 369/7, Sindhalagundu Village, Dindigul Taluk and District. The petitioner asserts that the property bearing the aforesaid survey numbers was purchased by her under registered sale deed dated 14.07.2008, which was registered as Document No.3898 of 2008. The patta issued in favour of the petitioner is also referred to so as to establish the petitioner's ownership and possession of the said property. The petitioner states that in spite of paying the requisite fees and requesting the respondents to carry out the survey, such survey has not been carried out. A representation dated 16.03.2021 is also referred to in this connection.
2. Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents and submits that the petitioner's representation would be acted upon within a reasonable time frame and the survey would be concluded as quickly as possible.

In the above facts and circumstances, the respondents herein are directed to act on the petitioner's application for survey and, if the same is found to be in order, carry out and conclude such survey, including the fixation of boundary stones pursuant thereto, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. W.P.(MD).No.13190 of 2021 is disposed of on the above terms without any order as to costs.
