The above petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 6 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections.

4. Considering the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 28.01.2026.
