Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 that after the writ petition was filed, detailed order has been passed by the first respondent on 30.05.2019 against the petitioner, though, in the counter, it is mentioned that order was passed on 31.05.2019. W.P(MD)No.7985 of 2019 passed, I do not find any merits in the present writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout appropriate remedy in accordance with law against the order dated 30.05.2019. No costs.
