ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. It is stated that the Tahsildar, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District had already rejected the petitioner's request. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put on notice the fourth respondent before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
