PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refix salary to the petitioner on the basis of the recommendation made by the 7th pay commission from the date of petitioner's reappointment and pay the same to the petitioner in the light of G.O.Ms.No.303 dated 11.10.2017 and consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2019.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to re-fix the salary of the petitioner on the basis of the recommendation made by the 7th pay commission from the date of his reappointment and pay the same to him by considering his representation dated 22.03.2019.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with reference to the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 22.03.2019. But, till date no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2019 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.In the light of the above said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
