O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 and conduct an enquiry within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 21.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is a matrimonial dispute between the parties and based on the petitioner's representation, they issued summons to the son-in-law of the petitioner. He sent a reply through post that he is ready to fly along with his children. But the petitioner refused to send the children. Therefore, the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 and act in accordance with law, within a period of one week, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.
