ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the alleged complaint given by fourth respondent.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.11130 of 2021 petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.01.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
