PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 and 2 Respondents herein not to interfere with the civil dispute with respect to the property with land and building bearing Door No.160 to an extent of 1210 square feet in Big Kothba Pallivasal North Mela Street, Melapalayam Village, Melapalayam Taluk, Tirunelveli District under the guise of enquiry on the purported complaint given by 3rd respondent by considering petitioner's representation, dated 08.05.2024. 1/4
