O R D E R

The petitioner based on a registered sale deed in her favour, dated 19.10.2004, has made an application for survey of the plots purchased by the petitioner in lay out. The said layout appears to be an unapproved layout. The petitioner has made an application on 19.03.2025 and thereafter, given a representation on 17.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering that the petitioner has not been issued with any patta as on date and the petitioner claims to have purchased definite plot numbers in a layout, direction is issued to the respondents to proceed to conduct survey, if it is possible for them to identify the plot numbers as set out in the sale deed of the petitioner. In the event of the plots being clearly ascertainable, then survey shall be proceeded with. In the event of the respondents being unable to identify the 2/4

plots in the layout, then the petitioner shall be directed to obtain patta before seeking survey. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
