based on the petitioner's representation dated on 24.02.2023 by considering the same and pass necessary orders within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

I have heard Mr.S.Karthik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has sought for transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of S.F.No.130/1 which is a pathway that has been purchased by the petitioner's grandfather for the purpose of ingress and egress to the adjoining land owned by the petitioner's family. The petitioner has given a representation on 24.02.2023 seeking transfer of patta. The said application is pending on the file of the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul District.

Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to hear the petitioner and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
