ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and 414 of IPC, in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.68 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners was absent on 07.11.2016 during the trial in C.C.No.68 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, under the wrong impression that no case is pending against them, since the petitioners' property was handed over to attachment. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued. Hence, he approached this Court by way of Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15535 of 2018 and on 31.08.2018, it was allowed. But the petitioners unable to arrange insolvent sureties.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners now undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the above said undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioners is permitted to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition.
