2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, a case in Crime No.287 of 2021 has been registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC. Since case has been registered against the petitioner, he has to face investigation and other formalities as per law.

3. In view of the fact that case has been registered against the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication. This petition is dismissed as infructuous.
