O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 09.07.2021 wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent produced a copy of the registered Sale Deed executed by the petitioner in favour of one Mr.C.Ramesh on 19.01.2022, registered as Document No.253/2022 and this subject property has been conveyed by the petitioner in favour of the said Ramesh. The learned Special Government Pleader also produced a written instruction from the respondent in this regard.

3. In the light of the above developments, it will be left open to the purchaser of the subject property to make a fresh application before the respondent seeking for transfer of patta and same shall be decided on merits and in accordance with law.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No cost.
