Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 & 4.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the respondents 3 & 4 from laying the petition mentioned cement road.

3. It is conceded by the petitioner that road is not proposed to be laid on his patta land.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would clarify that the existing tar road is sought to be replaced by a cement road.

5. By no stretch of imagination, the replacement would affect the petitioner's right. I do not find any ground to interfere. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
