Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MANDHIRALINGESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.ARUL VADIVEL @ SEKAR, special Public Prosecutor for NCB Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1595 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.111 of 2024 dated 20.03.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
