ORDER
This matter is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the basis of the letter dated 13.03.2023 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Recording the letter dated 13.03.2023, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Mr.S.Palani Velayutham, learned counsel informs the Court that pending writ petition, he has filed a petition for impleading one K.Damotharan as third respondent in the writ petition. Therefore, he must get an order copy.
4. Considering the above submission, this Court directs the Registry to issue a copy of this order to him as well. No costs.
