O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is to quash the order dated 07.05.2021, passed by the first respondent, appointing OneMan Committee to enquire into the charges framed against the petitioner.

2. After elaborately arguing the matter, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent - Management submitted that he has advised the Management to drop the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and initiate disciplinary proceedings by framing charges afresh and proceed further in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also agreed for the same and undertakes that if the said procedure is adopted by the Management, the petitioner will also cooperate for the enquiry conducted by the Enquiry Officer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ____________

4. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. However, the respondent - Management is at liberty to drop the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and initiate disciplinary proceedings by framing charges afresh and proceed further in accordance with law.
