ORDER

Heard the learned appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection in respect of the petition mentioned property. There is a civil dispute going on between the petitioner and the third respondent in this regard. The petitioner is not having any enforceable order or decree from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10193 of 2021 jurisdictional civil Court. The question of granting police protection does not arise. However, taking into account the overall facts and circumstances, O.S.No.177 of 2019 filed by the third respondent against the petitioner herein on the file of District Munsif Court, Melur, shall be disposed of within a period of three months from the next hearing date. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The respective contentions of the parties are left open. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
