O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for implementing the tender work order issued by the HR and CE Authority on 08.04.2025 based upon the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025
2. According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 21.04.2025 to the 2nd respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, they issued C.S.R.No.57 of 2025. Thereafter, Page No. 2 of 4
the petitioner sent a representation dated 21.04.2025 and the same is under consideration with the 2nd respondent. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the private respondents no.3 to 8 is inclined to pass order.
5. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's representation is pending with the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of one week from the date of this order.
