ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.5 of 2024 dated 04.01.2024 on the file of the Kadayanallur Police Station, Tenkasi District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submits that investigation in Crime No.5 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Since the first respondent police after completion of investigation, filed a final report and as per FIR, there are some allegations to constitute the offence against the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is so aggrieved.

4. In view of the above, preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 29.04.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Rmk 2/4
