The Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3, who is the Reserve Bank of India and the National Housing Bank to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 on the basis of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 27.08.2020, in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The Petitioner, without invoking the Common Law Remedy, had invoked the provisions of Constitution of India under Article 226, which is not maintainable.
