ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.09.2018 for the offence under Sections 392 of I.P.C. in crime No.209 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 12.06.2018, when the defacto complainant was standing in front of her house in the early morning, the petitioner snatched her chain. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has no way connected with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the investigation is pending and the petitioner is having two previous cases.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, since there is serious allegation that the petitioner snatched chain from the defacto complainant and he is having two previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. sd/- 31/10/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
