PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of to issue an order or direction, more in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2020 and to disburse the relief amount in the light of Rule 12(4) Annexure-I of the Schedule as contemplated under The Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995.

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2020 and to disburse the relief amount in the light of Rule 12(4) Annexure-I of the Schedule as contemplated under The Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits directs the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's case and pass order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
