of 0-4.50 Ares, situated at her village of Pinnaiyur East Revenue Village, Thiruvonam Taluk, Tanjavur District based on her petition No.2025/N123/21/007607 dated 16.04.2025 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to give a Police Protection at the time of survey the above said property within a specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey of the petitioner's property based on petitioner's application dated 16.04.2025. The petitioner also seeks for necessary police protection from the third respondent.
2.I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 3.The petitioner has stated in the affidavit that based on the application dated 16.04.2025, survey has not been conducted in view 2/5
of the objections raised by the fourth respondent, who is the adjoining the land owner. The petitioner claims based on revenue records mutated in her name.
4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 and 2, with the assistance of the third respondent, who shall render necessary police protection for the survey exercise to be carried on, after being put on reasonable advance notice, shall proceed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025, after giving intimation to the fourth respondent also in advance. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
