O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 7.

2. None appears for the eighth respondent.

3. The writ petitioner is a school. The specific allegation of the Correspondent is that its running is being seriously disturbed by the eighth respondent. His children are also studying in the petitioner school. The petitioner through their counsel inform the Court that they are ready to admit the children and ensure their conducive atmosphere for studies. The eighth respondent is said to be not cooperating.

4. If the eighth respondent trespasses into the petitioner's school premises and creates disturbances, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a complaint before the seventh respondent. The seventh respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. The running of the educational institution should not be disturbed in any manner. 3/6

5. This writ petition stands disposed of on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
