Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.SHYLLAPPA KALYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5275 of 2021, dated 26.04.2021. 2.On the basis of reasons assigned in the petition, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the petitioner shall deposit additional sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai9 (Account No.11720 10000 00070, IFSC Code: IOBA0001172), without prejudice to his contentions.
