The petitioner / accused in a case registered under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act has approached this Court seeking a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

2. The trial Court has to deal with all the cases which are pending before it and it cannot give importance only to the cases which are registered under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and that too at the instance of an accused.
